In a VUCA environment today, professional skills alone are insufficient at workplace. Clear, effective, and confident communication with colleagues, superiors, and clients is now essential – not just an optional extra. While communication styles are often influenced by personality, we often focus too much on perceived 'weaknesses' and struggle to change. There are no 'good' or 'bad' personalities.

By understanding key traits and aligning your communication style, you can naturally leverage your strengths for better workplace interactions. This session will explore the four key dimensions of personality, examining their impact on communication. You'll learn how to adapt to different personality types while staying true to your own, helping you maximise your natural strengths and improve your communication skills.

在当前复杂多变的环境下，过硬的专业技术已经不足以应对职场对某一岗位的要求。自信且准确地表达自己的观点、轻松且高效地与同事、领导、客户沟通，也不再是锦上添花的"软技能"，而是每位职场人的"必备技能"。

沟通方式一定程度和性格有关，很多人过于关注自己的性格"缺点"，苦恼于性格难以改变。然而，性格并没有好坏之分，只有充分了解各种性格的特点，并将性格与沟通方式结合，才能自然地发挥性格优势，轻松地助力职场沟通。本次活动将以划分性格的四个维度为切入点，分享性格对沟通的影响，以及如何在保留自己性格特点的前提下巧妙应对不同性格的沟通对象，助力参与者发挥自身性格优势，提升沟通水平。

Cancellation Policy：

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business days before the event via WeChat or by sending an email to fang.sunjie@finnchamchina.org. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao Issue

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapiao). E-Fapiao will be sent to your email within 7 days after the completed event (check your spam folder).
