China-Finland economic and trade cooperation has been growing steadily, with bilateral trade exceeding USD 8 billion and two-way investment stock reaching USD 23 billion in 2025. Finland is a global leader in innovation, with outstanding advantages in clean energy, digital economy, health technology and other fields. In order to push forward the sustainability, Finland opened a funding call in 2025 for investment aid targeting large-scale industrial projects aligned with the clean transition. Chinese battery material investment projects is among the 5 granted projects in the first round. Tax credit, (20% of total invested amount, up to EUR150 million), was offered to eligible green transition projects. In the meanwhile, Finland plans to lower the corporate tax rate (20%) to 18%.

To help Chinese enterprises efficiently access the Finnish market, the Shanghai International Cooperation Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (SICA-SME) jointly organizes this special session with the Consulate General of Finland in Shanghai. We sincerely invite interested members to participate.

当前，中芬经贸合作持续升温，2025年双边贸易额超80亿美元，双向投资存量达230亿美元。芬兰是全球创新领先国家，在清洁能源、数字经济、生物科技等领域优势突出。 芬兰为促进可持续发展，2025年启动了面向符合绿色转型方向的大型工业项目提供投资支持，首批资助的5个项目中就包括中国电池材料投资项目。同时，符合要求的绿色转型投资项目还可以申请总投资额20%（最高1.5亿欧元/项目）的税收抵免。此外，政府也计划将目前20%的企业所得税进一步降低至18%。

为助力中国企业高效对接芬兰市场，上海中小企业国际合作协会联合芬兰驻上海总领事馆举办本次专场沙龙，芬兰商会诚邀对此感兴趣的会员单位参加。
