Jean is a marketing and communications leader with more than
20 years of experience in the telecom and ICT industry. She
currently leads Marketing and Communications for Nokia China,
where she drives brand strategy, media engagement, and
industry thought leadership in one of the world’s most dynamic
technology markets.

Over the years, Jean has led regional marketing initiatives across
Greater China, spearheading integrated campaigns, customer
engagement programs, and major industry events that
strengthened the company’s position as a technology leader. Her
experience spans enterprise, cloud, and network services
marketing, with a strong focus on digital transformation and
emerging technologies such as AI and webscale platforms.

Before joining Nokia (formerly Nokia Siemens Networks), Jean
held roles at both operators and vendors. She holds a bachelor’s
degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of
Maryland.

Wärtsilä Qiyao is the joint venture in Shanghai between Wärtsilä Finland and the China State Shipbuilding Corporation's Qiyao Heavy Industry. Malin assumed this leadership position in early 2025, relocating from Finland to take the helm at the company's Lingang facility.

With over 25 years of experience at Wärtsilä, Malin possesses a well-rounded perspective on business control and corporate management. Her deep understanding of the company's financial and operational frameworks is now being applied to lead one of Wärtsilä's key global production hubs. Operating at full capacity with orders extending to 2028, the facility champions decarbonization through advanced and intelligent engine production

Ms. Heidi Höök has served as the Deputy Consul General of Finland in Shanghai since 2025. Prior to her current position, Ms. Höök worked in the Unit for UN and Sustainable Development and at the Embassy of Finland in Beijing. Before joining the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 2020, Ms. Höök worked on issues related to European foreign policy and international development. Her previous experience includes positions at the EU Delegation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the European Parliament, the Finnish Embassy in Tel Aviv, and several NGOs focusing on the Middle East and development cooperation in various regions of Africa. Ms. Höök holds a Master of Social Sciences degree in International Development, with academic studies completed in Finland and Sweden.

Pascal MIAO, Marketing Director at Valio Shanghai. With over 15 years of marketing experience across multinational corporations including Mars Royal Canin and Danone Early Life Nutrition, I oversee all marketing initiatives at Valio Shanghai, covering brand building, marketing campaigns, media promotion and new product launches. Having pursued postgraduate studies in France and worked in Australia for 3 years each, I have a strong cross-cultural perspective and global marketing insights.

Gabby Green is a young internationalist and rising voice for strengthened cooperation between China and the West. Gabby is currently completing a Double Masters degree program in the Global Political Economy of China and Europe at the London School of Economics and Fudan University. Alongside her studies, Gabby is also the Founder and Executive Director of the UK-based NGO, New Global Normal (NGN), and has contributed to various publications including The Diplomat and The Oxford Political Review. Gabby has also completed various public engagements. In 2024, Gabby attended the World Youth Development Forum in Beijing and Hangzhou as a youth delegate, sponsored by the UN Population Fund, and was a guest speaker at the South China Morning Post’s DEI summit. She was selected as a 2024 Young Global Change by the Global Solutions Initiative think-tank.
