In today's demanding professional environment, workplace health has become a key factor in both employee well-being and organizational performance. As sedentary work habits and high-pressure environments continue to rise, companies are increasingly facing hidden health costs that impact their productivity and long-term efficiency.
Organized by the FinnCham China and French Chamber in partnership with United Family Healthcare, this conference will address common workplace health challenges such as neck, shoulder, and lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting, workplace stress, and cardiovascular risks in high-pressure environments. Through expert interventions from Dr. Qin Xinyan and Dr. Yan Hongbing, participants will gain practical insights into prevention, early risk identification, and executive health management.

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Hongbing Yan
Chief Expert of Cardiovascular Medicine
Throughout his career, Professor Yan has played a key role in establishing and improving emergency treatment pathways for acute myocardial infarction at several of China’s top cardiovascular institutions, including China-Japan Friendship Hospital, Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Fuwai Hospital, and Fuwai Hospital Shenzhen.
For decades, he has specialized in the treatment of severe and complex coronary artery disease and is widely recognized for his extensive experience in cardiovascular interventional procedures. His clinical work has focused not only on emergency intervention, but also on standardized long-term management for patients living with chronic heart disease.
In addition to his clinical achievements, Professor Yan is highly respected in the academic field of cardiology. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the National Chest Pain Center Special Committee, Executive Editor of the Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology, and sits on the editorial boards of several leading medical journals, including the Chinese Journal of Cardiology. Between 2021 and 2025, he published 68 SCI papers as either first or corresponding author. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) and a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC).
Xinyan Qin
Chief Physician
Dr. Qin Xinyan specializes in health management, early cancer screening, and chronic disease management. She handles connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. She also regularly deals with gout, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and chronic joint pain. Before joining Beijing United Family Hospital in 2013, she worked in the Rheumatology and Immunology Department at Xuanwu Hospital as well as the Santa Maria Hospital in Bucharest, Romania. She also served as the Medical Manager of the Olympic Reception Center for the Beijing Olympics in 2008 for which she was named an “Olympic Heroine”.
