This is a systematic, scenario-based practical training course that comprehensively covers the core application scenarios of Copilot within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The course begins with the fundamental features of Copilot and delves into its intelligent applications across office scenarios such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, including practical functions like automatic email summarization, one-click document formatting, formula generation for data analysis, and intelligent meeting optimization. In addition, the course explores innovative models of Copilot in knowledge management, team collaboration, and information integration by leveraging collaboration tools such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote. Through real-world cases (e.g., drafting proposals, summarizing and translating meetings, predictive data analysis) and cross-departmental application scenarios, participants will master how Copilot reshapes efficient workflows—from theory to practice.

The course uses a continuous storyline throughout the training, allowing participants to immerse themselves in how Copilot helps improve work efficiency in daily tasks.
