Dr. Jan Hu

Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Europe China Joint Innovation Center (EUCJIC), Honorary Chairman of the Benelux Chamber of Commerce

Dr. Jan Hu held the position of former Chief Representative of DZ BANK AG in China, former Managing Director and Branch Manager of ING Bank Beijing.

He is an experienced leader in cross-border finance and investment between China and Europe, combining extensive legal advisory experience with senior banking leadership. Formerly a legal adviser at Nauta Dutilh, he provided strategic counsel for Sino-European investments and M&A. During his tenure as senior executive at ING Bank, he spearheaded major trade, infrastructure, and cross-border financing projects in China. As Chief Representative of DZ Bank in China, he used to drive the bank's China strategy, advances trade and structured finance, and facilitates Chinese clients' access to global capital markets. Dr. Hu has long contributed to China–EU trade and investment cooperation and foreign direct investment research, and actively participates in Belt and Road financial initiatives, with publications in leading international journals.

胡博士历任德国中央合作银行（DZ BANK AG）中国首席代表，荷兰ING银行董事总经理兼北京分行行长。

胡博士长期活跃于中欧跨境金融与投资领域，拥有丰富法律与银行高管经验。曾任荷兰诺达律师事务所法律顾问，为中欧企业提供战略性投资与并购法律支持；在荷兰ING银行多年担任高管，主导中国市场多项大型贸易、基础设施及跨境并购融资项目；曾任德国中央合作银行中国首席代表，负责制定中国战略，推动贸易与结构性融资，并支持中国企业进入国际资本市场。胡博士长期深耕中欧贸易投资合作与外国直接投资法律研究，并积极参与"一带一路"金融服务与融资创新项目，学术成果发表于多家国际权威期刊。

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business day prior to the event. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.
