我们常在新闻里看到 "职场猝死"" 办公室突发疾病 " 这样的标题，总觉得离自己很远。但现实是，意外不会提前打招呼， 它可能发生在加班的深夜，可能发生在晨会的现场，也可能发生在日常通勤和差旅的路上。

作为企业，我们常说 "员工是最宝贵的资产"。这句话不应该只写在年报里。为团队提供一次扎实的急救培训，让每个人在面对突发状况时多一份底气，少一分慌乱 。 这是我们能给到员工的、最实在的关怀。

中国芬兰商会很高兴能与北京和睦家医院再次携手，为北京企业界举办此次急救培训。在两小时的课程中，我们不会用抽象的理论让您感到枯燥，而是教授您真正能派上用场的实用技能。本课程将教授成人和儿童如何应对危及生命的突发事件，使他们能够安全、及时、有效地提供急救、进行心肺复苏（CPR）以及使用自动体外除颤器（AED）。

We often read headlines about "workplace sudden deaths" and "office medical emergencies" and think, that could never happen to us. But the truth is, emergencies don't give advance notice. They can happen late on a work night, in the middle of a morning meeting, or on your daily commute or business travel.

As organizations, we often say "our people are our greatest asset." That statement shouldn't live only in annual reports. Providing your team with solid first aid training - so that everyone feels more confident and less panicked when faced with a crisis - is one of the most tangible forms of care an employer can offer.

The Finnish Chamber of Commerce in China is delighted to partner with Beijing United Family Hospital to create this first aid training again for the corporate community in Beijing. In two hours, we won't bore you with abstract theory, we'll teach you practical skills you can actually use. This course teaches both adults and kids how to respond to life-threatening emergencies, and prepares them to provide first aid, CPR, and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Training contents 培训内容包括：

CPR 心脏复苏术讲解+现场模拟训练（1 hour）

• 成人及儿童心肺复苏术 Introduction to CPR for Adults and kids
• 自动体外除颤仪(AED)介绍 Introduction to AED
• 逐位模拟训练 One by One practice

First Aid 常见急救内容 （1 hour）

• 基础急救介绍 Introduction to First Aid
• 严重食物过敏 Bad Allergic Reactions
• 出血处理 Bleeding
• 呼吸道异物梗塞 Choking
• 扭伤和骨折 Sprains and Broken Bone

为什么值得花这 2 小时 | Why These 2 Hours Matter

对员工来说：

Cancellation Policy：

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business day prior to the event via wechat or sending email to amanda.du@finnchamchina.org. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao Issue：

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapaio). E-Fapiao will be sent to your e-mail within 7 days after completed event (check spam folder).
