Pricing

The FinnCham China Annual General Meeting is for members only and is free of cost. Networking drinks and dinner are available for the price of RMB 550, including a 3-course meal with wine or soft drinks. Please register using either of the ticket options

Representation

Although more than one representative from each member company is welcome to attend, each corporate member is entitled to one single voting right during the AGM. Please indicate who from your organisation will participate and exercise their voting rights. If no one from your organisation can participate, you can designate a third party to present on your behalf as a proxy.

Cancellation Policy：

If you cannot attend an event for which you have registered, please cancel your registration no later than three business days before the event via WeChat or by sending an email to fang.sunjie@finnchamchina.org. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation in a timely fashion, you will be charged for the event costs.

Fapiao Issue

Apply fapiao when purchasing a ticket, by inputting the Chinese entity name and tax ID (if the title is wrong, you will be unable to receive the Fapiao). E-Fapiao will be sent to your email within 7 days after the completed event (check your spam folder).

By attending this event, you consent to FinnCham China - Shanghai taking and using photographs of you as described above, without further notification or compensation. Meanwhile, commercial reprinting of these photos requires written consent from FinnCham China.
